Example Patterns:
Fill your life with reminders of God’s presence: in your home, on your mobile phone, on your laptop, on your desk at work. Wherever you are often, have there a prompt to pray and keep the company of Christ.
Set an alarm to pray “Come, Holy Spirit” at different times throughout the day.
